Lanihuli Garden Reservations and Volunteer Sign-Ups
Schedule an educational time for your class to volunteer or tour the Lanihuli Garden.
Bookings can be made up to one month in advance, offering us time to prepare well for your class and have a unique opportunity to engage with nature and community service.
Lanihuli Garden currently does not have a set curriculum for class-based activities, so if you would like to request specific activities for your class or would be staying for more than an hour, please include that information when you book your schedule. The more specific, the better.
Reserve a slot for your club or community group to tour, volunteer, or fulfill specific needs at the Lanihuli Garden.
Advance bookings, at least one month prior, are required to ensure your group's needs are seamlessly integrated into our schedule.
We treat our bookings as educational tours by default, so if you are scheduling for something different, like an activity or volunteer, please make sure to specify it in your booking so we can prepare. If your booking will also be over or under an hour, please indicate this detail.
Volunteer to help in the garden to be added to our food distribution list.
You must fill out the Registration Form once and book your volunteer schedule at least a day before so we can coordinate a worker to assist you.
Please note that the produce you'll get in exchange for the volunteer service will depend on the garden's current situation, as many factors, like weather and seasons, affect the availability and quantity of produce. We can only give what is currently harvested at our food storage area. As you continue volunteering, we will eventually reach out to you if we have extra produce to offer.
- Appointments requested less than one month in advance are categorized as urgent bookings. Please direct such inquiries to our designated email address so that we can accommodate your scheduling needs.
- To discuss future projects, collaborations, or other professional engagements with our manager, we kindly ask that you arrange a meeting via email.
- Please note that all requests for urgent bookings and manager meetings are subject to review and approval based on availability and relevancy.
